New Opportunities in Assessment: A P2PU-Hosted Workshop

 

The following is the draft schedule for the workshop. The agenda is being designed as a combination of planned sessions and participant-driven discussions, and we'll be placing specific topics into time slots based on feedback from those who will be in attendance, and anyone else who wants to contribute.

This session will be highly collaborative opportunity to invite participants to share their views on issues relevant to the agenda and meetings goals, and on related topics.

11:00am Agenda Framing discussions

 

Working on large-group and small-group formats, participants will engage and discuss "big picture" issues relating to the agenda and goals for the meeting, and brainstorm specific topics to be revisited in subsequent sessions. The goal of the session will be to generate a visualization of the state of the field, and enable participants to weigh on which topics are most promising for focus and further discussion in the course of the agenda.

These sessions allow participants to go further on a range of topics specified in the agenda. The facilitators of the sessions will explain briefly the course of each session. Then each participant may choose to join the various sessions. Report-backs will be done at the end of the session slot

This sessions invite participants to weigh in on what has been most useful during the course of Day 1, and refine their goals and priorities for the agenda of Day 2.
