April 2011: Proposed Dates

• March 21- April 13: Course Design Orientation + simultaneous community review 
• Need to encourage community to comment on drafts ("review") during orientation
• Need to allow organizers to open  their own courses for applications
• Orientation doesn't ever "end". Constant source of engagement for course organizers. 
• March 31  - April 13: Organizers review, accept, deny applicants
• 13 April: Sign-ups close 
• 20 April: Courses start
