- Blog post on pulse of the community (Matt, Philipp)
- Call for April courses goes out (Pippa, Alison)

- Propose a course, take a course feature works smoothly (Pippa)

- Organizers and participants are supported on both drupal + pilot/lernanta (Alison)
- SoSI advertises $500 finders fee and search for animator role
- SoSI begins course evaluations
- "Soft" course recruiting for SoSI begins with probable early adopters

- Course focussed survey released, 07 April, 2011
- Study Group / Task survey questions identified
- Survey frequency / schedule added to roadmap.

- Help/Support system in place (Alison)
- Promotional strategy implemented for new.p2pu.org (Alison)
- Review/feedback process for toolkits for offline/online courses for SoSI
- Blog about the community's first experiences on the new site

- Help Desk acts as robust resource for incoming users and replaces handbook (Alison)
- Promotions schedule and strategy in place for new site (Communications)
- Orientation for all users in developed and ready for July (Alison)

- 18th of July - P2PU 2.0 release
August
- Improvements to all user orientation are made (Alison)
- SoSI "blue sky" conversations initiated up for the next round of the vision, scope, and governance discussion, including new round of participants and possibly new partners at this stage.
September
- Report on the results of the first two rounds of orientation (ALISON)
- Consider connection with the re-booted PlanetMath.org site (SoMF)
