High Level Changes of State: Early Adoptors, Opportunity Driven Courses, 1000 Participants, Prototype Badges, Distinct Toolset, Course Focussed Learning, 3 Languages (Eng, Span, Port)

  • Blog post on pulse of the community  (Matt, Philipp)
  • Call for April courses goes out (Pippa, Alison)
  • Update copy on p2pu.org/webcraft (Pippa)
  • Propose a course, take a course feature works smoothly (Pippa)
  • Badge pilot phased in (Erin)
  • End of course checklist distributed to course organizers (Alison)

General Communication

  • Clarify Q2 Messaging - draw on P2PU Messaging

  • Create  One Pager / handout for use at talks etc

      • How did it go?
      • What did we learn?
      • What we're going to do differently?
      • focus on those who didn't find a course
      • what they wanted?

      • process v. difficulty of sign-up task
  • 1) Focus on explaining the basic processes in a clear, friendly way:
    • What is a course / learning project?
    • How do I propose a course?
    • How do I take a course?
    • How do I go from wanting to take a course to becoming a peer learner?
  • 2) Co-ordinate with Erin on badges and badge storytelling
  • 3) Highlight best practises (Ali?)
    • Take stuff that worked in last cycle and write or organize blog posts on it.
    • How to use facilitation tools. e.g., Big Blue Button?
